I’m Tin. I started working in the BPO industry in 2017, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. In 2019, I was promoted to team leader, which gave me the opportunity to lead a team and enhance my leadership abilities. In 2020, I transitioned into freelancing, which has allowed me to work on projects I’m passionate about while enjoying greater flexibility. Outside of work, I’m passionate about music! I love singing, I’m part of a choir, and I enjoy playing the guitar in my free time. As the eldest sibling, I’ve developed a natural sense of responsibility and care, which has shaped who I am today. I also love to chat and build meaningful connections, whether professionally or personally. Music, family, and engaging conversations are what inspire and motivate me every day.
