I am Christine and I have 6 years of experience working in the BPO industry. I was trained in different campaigns in different industries such as telecommunications, automotive, mass media, and an IT infrastructure business. My main tasks include admin tasks, providing support to the customer with technical and billing issues and I also have experience with talent sourcing and setting appointments for service tickets.
