As the Social Media Manager, I create and manage daily posts that capture the island lifestyle and reflect the brand’s identity. I plan and execute content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring each platform stays active and engaging. I also capture and edit photos and videos that showcase the brand’s products, services, and customer experiences. In addition, I engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a friendly and consistent tone. I regularly track post performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement, while staying updated on the latest social media trends to keep the content fresh and relevant.
Provide exceptional service to customers by answering inbound calls related to financial accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
To assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. This role involves handling incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat, and delivering timely and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the insurance company. This role involves assisting with policy processing, maintaining accurate records, handling client correspondence, and coordinating with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams.
