My role involves helping them navigate their healthcare options and providing information on their policies. Additionally, I support healthcare providers by assisting them with claim processing.
I served as a customer service representative, handling inbound calls for a retail company in the US. My responsibilities included providing information about products, addressing customer concerns and inquiries, and offering assistance as needed. Additionally, I served as a subject matter expert (SME) during the 2023 ramp, providing support to agents by addressing any questions or concerns they had about the process. I also handled escalated calls, serving as the final point of contact for customers seeking a resolution to their concerns and issues.
