manage the indexing of provider orders into the system and coordinate patient appointments
based on this order. I ensure that provider orders are accurately recorded and organized, then
proactively contact patients to schedule their appointments in alignment with the indexed
order. My responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date scheduling information, addressing
