Oversee the newest branches until the staff of the said branch are all seasoned. Handles sales and marketing for the branch including patient consultation with the guidance of our medical director. Ensure that the initial target of the branch is hit and that all the social media accounts are growing so as the booked appointments.
Ensures that all branches hit their targets and handles all operation and sales concern. Handles both internal and external issues including damage control.
-Conceptualized Implemented and maintained all forms of marketing thru various social media platforms plus print media for the all branches. Creates, marketing plans, and promos of the company, whether online and onsite (clinic-based) promotions which includes costing, approval of creatives to be used whether for print or online and running and budgeting for Facebook ads.
-Assists in conceptualizing and promoting the Finessa Franchising arm called Finessa Basics.
-Coordinates with the web master or web designer the maintenance, updating, editing, of the website of Finessa, specially with regards to content, and promotions and all other social media platforms expecially Facebook Pages, Instagram account, Twitter and soon to be launched Youtube channel.
-Creates, maintains, updates, and on a periodic basis the database of all clients, including potential clients, and directs the sending of text blasts, email blasts updating customers of new promotions, products, and services, etc.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
