My time as an Administrative Aide at LGU San Jose City's Business Permit and Licensing Office allowed me to develop a deep understanding of customer service and office administration, assisting taxpayers and managing business-related processes efficiently. I also excelled as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring that clients received prompt and reliable assistance while managing reports and coordinating with technical departments.
