▪ Disclosing Initial CD, CD and LE re-disclosure.

▪ Network Management for Huawei, ZTE and Fiberhome modems, and for back-up NMS we are using AVsystem.
▪ View, and modify accounts through IBAS and BSS.
▪ Coordinate on-site concern to the field support unit both NCR and Regional.
▪ Escalate major incident and unresolve incident to the concern group or to the higher ups.
