- Set Appointment , hard outbound calls, call at least 100 leads per day.
-Remind clients and US Veterans for appointments and payments due through text,call and emails - Update End of day Reports and send to clients
- Response to Emails and inquiries.
-Receive call escalations, take supervisory calls - Set expectations, set processes to de-escalate concern -analyzing the problems and rationally think of solutions that benefit both members and clients
- Handling outgoing and incoming calls , emails and communications
- Keeping School Heads updated in all school calendars and DepEd Memorandum throughout the school year
- keeping and organizing files both soft and hard copies
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
