Scheduling and managing appointments for healthcare providers.
Maintaining and organizing electronic health records
Managing calendars and correspondence.
Preparing and processing insurance claims and billing information.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.
Providing information about appointments, procedures, and billing.
Addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Receive and organize patient flow to the clinics in an organized fashion.
Take vital signs of patients and make sure that the patients are prepared for examination.

Accompany patients for x- ray procedures, ECG, CT Scan
Transporting of specimens as appropriate after ensuring that it is correctly labelled.
Assist with admission, post-operative care and discharge of patients.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations to keep a clean reception area safe.
Registering patients & making sure all patient information is updated: UAE ID, INS. &Etc.
Responsible for patient complaints & incident reports.
Scheduling or appointing them according to which procedure they need.
Consent forms are to be signed according to the treatment procedure.
Prepare reimbursement forms for patients with insurance that is not within our network.
Calling the patients on the following day for follow-up after the treatment.
Confirming patients one day before the appointment.
Collection of payment every after each patient with their treatment.
Assist patients to complete all necessary forms
Handling Doctors’ Monthly Schedule.
Encoding of Daily Collection Report and Daily Internal Auditing.
Check spreadsheets for accuracy and ensure all payment amounts & records are accurate.
Responsible for sending official emails, request from the patients, and monthly clinic offers
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Welcomes visitors with friendly warm greetings in person or on the telephone.
Answering & transferring all telephone calls and giving information to callers taking messages and transferring calls to appropriate individuals.
Receiving and sending Fax messages.
