I have 3 years’ experience as a local junior bookkeeper in an accounting firm, 4 years' experience as a finance assistant in an export company, and 1 year as a payroll and invoice preparer in a US-based online company.

Calculate and process the VA’s payroll. Record financial transaction including sales, expenses and payments. Prepare client’s invoices and making some follow up with overdue statements.
Accurately record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments. Manage accounts payable process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Manage the company’s revolving fund and prepare the daily cash position.
Assisting with the reconciliation of bank statement to company records. Recording basic accounting transactions under guidance. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Maintaining financial records, organizing and filing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Assisting with other administrative task as needed and do some errands.
