•Send reminders to users about medication schedules, dosage instructions, and potential drug interactions. It may also provide information about specific medications.
•Assist users in setting up and participating in virtual or telemedicine appointments. This may include providing instructions for calls.
•Provide information and support related to billing, insurance coverage, and payment options. This can include answering queries about costs, coverage details, and claims.
•Assist patients with post-discharge instructions, including follow-up appointments, medication management, and guidance on recovery.
