* Reading and screening incoming reports and correspondence making preliminary assessments and organizing documents.
* Perform various executive and administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential.
* Ensure that daily flight activity reports and other reports relevant to the operations of the department are
submitted on the time specified.
* Perform other duties as may be required by the Passenger Service Manager
* Conducts pre-flight preparations. Determine when tasks are complete and review daily reports.
* Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure on-time performance of flights
* Performs all airport functions at the check-in counter, passenger service assistance, checking documents, making or changing reservation routings, boarding gate, flight watch, and general information to the public.
Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and making bookings for air travel.
