As a Transaction Coordinator, my main role was to support real estate agents by managing the administrative side of transactions from contract to closing. I prepared and organized documents such as listing agreements, buyer-broker agreements, and purchase offers. I tracked important deadlines, scheduled inspections, followed up on repairs, and coordinated with clients, contractors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
I also handled communication and follow-ups, sent weekly updates to clients and agents, and made sure all documents were properly uploaded to our systems like Dotloop, SkySlope, and Dropbox. Additionally, I ordered sign riders and lockboxes, assigned lockbox serial numbers, and updated MLS listings when needed.
Designated as their Social Media Manager/Moderator by curating content graphics, posting content, creating Reels, scheduling posts, creating an event, moderating comments, and engaging with followers and other Facebook groups/communities to increase brand awareness, online presence, and reach.
Responsible for sourcing products in online arbitrage for a US client. I used different sourcing methods such as the Keepa Finder, Reverse Sourcing, Storefront Stalking, and Brand Stalking. I used tools such as Keepa to read the Keepa graph and used SellerAmp (SAS) for further details and calculation of ROI and Profit.
