Welcoming members and directing them to the right counter/office; respond to customers concerns by answering queries and addressing their complaints;
- Maintain confidentiality of clients information such as CRN/SSS Number, contribution,
online account, transaction details, disbursement account number and etc.; Assist
customers in browsing and uploading online services such as enrollment of disbursement
account, maternity notification and benefit, sickness, disability, retirement benefit, pension
and salary loan, etc.; Guide members in generating PRN, checking monthly contributions,
processing membership, loan applications, enrollment of disbursement account, applying
benefits online, and other transactions using a computer.
- Assist clients/members in checking monthly contributions, processing their membership,
loan applications, enrollment of disbursement account, applying benefits online, and other
online transaction using smartphone.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing email
correspondence, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
