Prepare daily customized reports from monitored TV, Radio, Online, Newspapers, Magazines to different accounts assigned. Create gisting, summary and place sentiments on different news articles. Communicate and provide additional requests and inquiries from the clients. Support the Account Management and Production Department, gives assistance for the additional tasks given from the Account Manager. Perform quality checks of coded and uncoded brands in the system via Data Entry and company applications. Provide SOV, monthly and quarterly reports for clients using MS Applications & Google Workspace. Conduct daily monitoring, manual webshots of online sites requested by the client. Edit photo, video and audio clippings from recorded TV and Radio programs. Analyze and encode news articles based on different attributes needed by the client. Search the internet for information on wide variety of topics.
Prepare the necessary things before and after the show such as talent materials, information of the contestants to disseminate in every department, idiot board for the hosts, checking the wardrobe, props and make-up for the contestants, making spiels and acknowledgement receipts. Provides assistance to the contestants for their food, service, hotel accommodation and flight details. Research talents & contestants in different places for a segment. Prepare for the Saturday show assignment such as production design, script writing, OBB, spiels, Omnibus, VTR Plugs, VTR shoot, follow-up VTR and support in Video & Audio Editing. Act as the Floor Director during VTR shoots. Provides assistance during live show, conduct auditions, choreograph dance steps when needed for the contestants, helps in fixing their costumes and props when necessary. Provide assistance and orientation to the contestants and live audience. Research and edit music materials appropriate for the production theme.
Started as a Franchise Assistant and was trained as a Franchise Supervisor. Supervise and monitors 70 Kowloon House outlets, handles customer complaints, franchise inquiries, contracts, construction and inspection. Conducts interview, orientation and training in the process of hiring crew members.
