Answering customers' pre-sales and general inquiries via email and live chat to ensure they have a strong understanding of the products and services that we offer. Also, creating cases for warranty and shipping-related concerns.
Assisting our medical professional partners (Nurses, Doctors, Facilities, etc.) with regard to how the member's medical policy works, and what is covered and not. Providing medical claims assistance as well via live chat and phone calls. As an Operation Expert, I acted as a point of contact and did some admin tasks, reporting, and meetings with clients about process calibration.
Assisting our Medicare Part D members to fully understand how to utilize their pharmacy benefits, providing medicine alternatives and recommendations. Also, help our members to process payments for their monthly premiums and set up automatic payments using their HRA/HSA and credit/debit cards.
