I'm 23 years old and currently working as an Account Associate in PayPal.
Over the past 3 years, I've been assisting customer's concerns and providing best resolutions for their account. It helps me a lot in understanding situations, seeing the bigger picture and knowing the importance of compassion to other people. Now when my younger brothers are acting up, I understand them better without being rude or bossy around them.
I'm the eldest daughter among 4 siblings and I can say that it is really challenging for me especially since I have the younger ones in my care. Communication is a big plus and it's a good thing that I've learned a lot doing it through my jobs I had before.
I'm also a small business owner of shoes and cosmetics, which I handle when I'm not at work. I would love to look for more opportunities where I can learn and develop new skills while I'm supporting myself and my family at the same time.
