You know what? I’m an outfit repeater!
( This is not a problem, not a crime nor a sin.)

Confession of an “outfit repeater”
I'm an outfit repeater. This means that I wear the same outfit often, sometimes even more than once in a short period of time. Sometimes it's an accident, but often I do it on purpose: if I see something that looks good and reminds me of an old favorite, then why not? It might seem like a small thing but when people ask if someone else works for you or lives with you as part of their job (both happened to me), all they're really wondering is whether or not they'd get along well enough to go out on dates together—and that can be enough pressure for some people!
Sometimes it's an accident, but often I do it on purpose.
I've been known to wear the same outfit twice in a short period of time, whether or not I actually want to wear that particular piece of clothing. The "outfit repeater" has become part of my wardrobe and I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be acceptable behavior; after all, who cares if someone else notices? If they do notice, then so what? It's just another day at the office where we're all striving for perfection and trying our best not to be noticed by others.
One time months ago I was at a restaurant and ran into someone who worked at my gym, both times wearing the same outfit, and he asked if it was my wife's favorite outfit.
Here's the thing: If you're wearing an outfit two times in a row, people are going to notice. They might even comment on how good it looks or ask where you got it (or if they can buy their own version). But don't be afraid! People don't mind being asked about what they're wearing. In fact, I think wearing an outfit that only makes sense for a certain occasion is actually better than wearing one piece after another without thinking about them at all—it shows that you care about yourself and your appearance enough to wear something different every time instead of settling into some kind of comfort zone.
How minimalism change my life: Minimalism can create positive change in your life because it changes your perspective on what is important and it gives you more freedom.

Minimalism helped me declutter and save money..
So minimalism is something fairly new to me, but it's something that I've found extremely helpful in my life. I personally don't like materialism, and it makes me feel good to own less. Minimalism can also help you save money, which is something that everyone needs. And minimalism helps you feel more grateful for everything that you have, rather than taking it for granted.
It helps you to enjoy the little things in life..
There are plenty of reasons to embrace a minimalist lifestyle. Beyond the financial and environmental benefits, simple living can contribute to your overall mental health and well-being as well. Whether or not you decide to make minimalism a way of life or simply dabble in it from time to time, these are all great places to start along the road towards a more minimalist approach.
It helps bring focus to what truly matters in life..
As you can see, minimalism is all about what you take away. It's not just a matter of removing unnecessary junk around your house, or ridding your life of clutter. By avoiding negative influences and distractions, you give yourself more time and opportunity to pursue life's most important things. The outcome? A happier, less stressful life, with greater opportunity for meaningful experiences.
How I started taking care of myself and the steps I did to make it!

I've been decluttering my life recently, and I feel much better for it. You can do the same by taking a break, going on vacation or trying to pare down your social media account.
Self-care is really important, even though it may seem annoying to do it. You must be disciplined enough to take care of yourself and your own mental health. I tried many times to go on vacation or take some time off but always got stuck doing a lot of things in my life. But finally, when I realized that all these things are stressing me out and making me feel guilty about not going out much, I decided to make a list of the whole things that need to be done around my house and instead of keeping myself happy by buying random gifts and hoping for something nice from others, I decided to start applying self-care techniques given in this article:
Let's face it, sometimes it's just nice to step away from the daily grind for a little bit. I know we live in such a fast-paced world and sometimes it's easy to get into a rut. It's definitely refreshing to take a break and do something you enjoy (or "self-care"). If your home is filled with clutter from all the things that seem like they always need to go somewhere, maybe it's time for some decluttering. Go on vacation for a weekend or two, buy yourself an extra hour of sleep every day and kick back at home.
