My nickname is Charlie and I’m 27 years old. I had a decade of work experiences in customer service from different industries like BPO and Food and Beverage. I’m currently employed with Tim Hortons Philippines for two months now. Prior to that I had a working experience in BPO for almost 3 years. While studying, I had a chance to be a part-time barista in Starbucks Philippines until I graduated in 2019, got a full-time position and promoted as barista trainer, global coffee master and a shift supervisor. After the great coffee journey, I had a chance to work in a cruise ship as beverage server. And now, I’m with Tims. I’m looking forward and excited to be a freelance virtual assistant as soon as possible and have a freedom of what I want in life.
