I am a goal- oriented person. When you know your goals and put your mind into it, you will surely achieve greatness at work. I am also a highly adaptive person. I can very well adapt to changing work environmental settings efficiently and I can work under pressure even with all the setbacks I may encounter. These setbacks would add fuel to ignite my desire to succeed. In my spare time, I enjoy baking. I believe that pastries have added sweetness to the lives of people I have shared my passion with. And good food can bring about good mood. My greatest work achievement was when I see satisfaction on every person that I have given my utmost service with. The greatest reward is being able to served people as best I can and that gives me comfort.
For me, the most important value at work is respecting co- workers/colleagues and I think the most important value one should always bear at all times. For me, all other values would stem from respect. You can be an effective worker if you can accord the most appropriate respect to all your co- workers.
