On my previous work I am encoding using Microsoft Excel  name of our Seafarers, Passport Number, Oec Number the number that will be processed on POEA for the OFW workers around the world and it is requirements for the immigration when they leave the philippines the Vessel Name on what contract they have processed and the date, the name of the Processor who handles them and what will be there Terminal on Airport when they leave the Philippines and the Status of the crew is Dispatched and the flight of there Departure

The next is I also In charge in my previous work for the US Visa Applications of our seafarers I encode there positions and Name who will have to get schedule , Application ID it will appear once you do an Application for the designated crew, Application Status is an note when you already finish the Application Form, Vessel Name , Appointment Schedule the date that will file the Visa and the last is the Issuance of the Visa if its is Approved  or Declined by the Embassy also Canceled due to reason of early embarkation of the crew
