I have an experience as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year at BPO Company, handling a Finance Account in US and became one of the top performer in our team and I have an experience as Operations Assistant / Executive Assistant at SM Supermalls, I am working a lot with our Executive Manager helping her to prepare and finalize a report of a Financial Report , weekly report to be pass in Hans Sy Office, Whenever we have a meeting I am the one taking down notes of everything so I can remind our team or our Manager If necessarily.
I am Hardworking person, Goal Oriented, Well Organized, Problem Solver, Independent and both of my experience help me a lot to have an Integrity and that is very important. I have a dedication to my work and willingness to learn more.

• Assisting the customers about their payment, Checking transactions, Adding Authorized users, Changing their personal information, Requesting for Credit Limit
