Hi everyone! I’m Charity Rose Palaca. 26 years old and currently living here in Tagum City. I’m a graduate of Bachelor In Elementary Education major in Generalist at University of Southeastern Philippines Tagum-Mabini Campus. In my spare time I usually do outdoor activities to keep me under the sun since working from home keeps me away from it. Most of the time, people knew me describe me as an outgoing and bubbly person. I can get along with people easily .
As for my work experience, first, I have 1 year experience as an Appointment Setter, mainly this work is scheduling potential prospects regarding with their auto and health insurance. Secondly, I have 1 year and 7 months experience as an ESL teacher, alongside with the same company as an Account Manager and Human Resource Manager, and lastly, on the other company as an Appointment Setter I have 3 years and 6 months. These work experiences help me to mold my work ethics and gain valuable ideas. As days go by, learning and gaining more knowledge through self-discovery and learning from it keeps me going as saying goes by, " Learning is a continues process". I’m a passionate, hard-working, goal-driven and able to work with peers and that’s what makes me a valuable asset at work.

A glimpse of my job before, I'm an ESL Teacher, an Account Manager and Human Resource Manager. As an Account Manager, I am responsible to handle my subordinates queries and problems that is happening on and off at work. Contacting my Operating Manager that resides in the main office, China. Informing her about the necessary information that can help the company and also improve my colleagues at work. After the previous Human Resource Manager resigned, I was appointed to take over his position. After that, I took up the role as a Human Resource Manager and I'm responsible for managing the important steps like recruiting, hiring, onboarding of employee, training, imposing Company Rules, firing and administering benefits that every employee can have.
As an ESL Teacher my main goal is to provide Quality classes to
my students. Mainly teaching them the English language and applying any method to let my
students learn the language.
I’m responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling 8-10
appointments a day for any assigned agents. I have experienced in auto and health insurance.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics. Encode company's confidential information.
Responsible for managing employees mainly on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees.
