Hi! Good Day! I am Charito but you can call me Cha. I am 39 years old. I am married with 2 kids. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
I have 1 year experience in teaching Basic Computer to High School students. But the longest job experience I had was when I became manager of a certain retail store for sixteen long years. I was able to manage different kinds of personality and did some Administrative Functions such: Assist with various HR functions, such as recruitment, on boarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records. I was able to do the following responsibility or tasks : 1.) Financial Management - Oversee financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, payroll processing, and maintaining financial records. 2.) Office Management - Handle day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, coordinating office layouts, and ensuring a conducive work environment. 3.) Customer Service -Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and addressing complaints or concerns. 4.) Achieving Monthly Sales and Collection Target and 5.) Assuring and maintaining a 30 day level of Inventory.
After my corporate world experience, I became a virtual assistant for 1 year, I did Social Media Management, Facebook Ads Management, and Bookkeeping. I am an honest person. I am good at written and oral communication. I am self-motivated and disciplined person. Lastly, I love continuous learning.
