Will perform transactional tasks for post sales and pre sales depending
on the requirement of the accounts. Required to manage multiple
contracts/billings and to prioritize workload based on complexity,
urgency, and business impact.
This role requires to have knowledge in length and breadth of the
account being handled. We are responsible to our own tender account's
E2E process and should have customer-specific performance
monitoring, management, and discussion. The goal is to deliver a timely
and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers and drive joint
initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challenges.
Invite clients over to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS) or sends out
the DAS for client's signature and retrieves it in a timely manner in order
to process the property's TCT/CCT. Ensures that all questions
regarding statuses of their DAS and Titles are adequately dealt with by
keeping in constant communication with the customer/client.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
