Risse is driven to work on continuous improvement to help her work community in creating better and faster processes. She has worked on numerous projects, including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, Training, and Instructional Design, all of which her previous employers still use today.
She has been working virtually for two years and is reaping the benefits of work-life balance!
