• He is my go-to person for all things Amazon. Cesar is always able to answer any and all process-related
questions, be it for current processes that are commonly executed (i.e. all day-to-day requests), to current processes that are rarely used by anyone to new process that have just been transitioned or about to be transitioned to the Team among so many other things.
• Cesar also makes sure that I get all the demonstration and references I need within business hours, right before all deadlines I have given him. More often so, right after I inquire! It is something I greatly appreciate, considering the PCOE Team works on multiple processes for all other teams
• On various instances, it is even Cesar who reminds me the need to add special instructions and process caveats. This definitely saves so much time than having to go back and worth with Onshores. He is very particular in the work he does, no matter what the process and no matter what the request type.
• Cesar knows the process back and forth, that apart from working on various job tasks with him, he is also able to work on testing process improvements to be shared with the rest of the team

He has been an integral part of our Shopify startup and his dedication, communication, and work ethic has not gone without notice by our team or our customers. I want to formally give recognition to Cesar for his great work on the Lakeshore startup. The project was smooth in my opinion because of the behind the scenes work he did. Obtaining the CSRs , extracting the TN inventory, and putting the inventory in a user friendly format for the managers really helped!
