Social Media Management

As a Social Media Manager, it is my responsibility to plan everything ahead of time whether it may be for a brand logo, online poster, social media campaign, advertisement, event program or print layout. It is very important for me to have a content calendar to keep everything well-organized and on track.
Based on my experience, it is very helpful to plan at least one week prior to the scheduled posting, because it is easier for me to edit if there are some corrections or changes that need to be rectified. Minor changes mostly include the caption, hashtag, time schedule and graphics.
Here is the list of some of the Facebook pages I have managed and the things I do as a social media manager.

I was given the opportunity to be part of DLSU-D University Student Government as Public Relations Officer way back in 2015. My role as a PRO mostly focused on social media management and content development. I was in charge of reviewing all marketing materials, responding to public events, inquiries, and press releases, and preparing organizational publications. Whenever we had incoming events whether it's a concert, pageant, conference or university activity, we were already preparing it a month before the scheduled event. I was assigned to do all external preparations from doing the stage plan, backdrop, and ticket layout to event marketing and actual program presentation.

After my term ended as Public Relations Officer of USG, I became part of the core team of Sentro La Salle, a political organization in DLSU-D, as the Secretary for Strategic Communications and Media Relations. I was the overall in charge of doing publicity materials including all poster designs, social media campaign slogans, profile picture layouts, batch shirt designs and many more. From the start until the end of the campaign period, I always had made sure that everything will work exactly how I planned it.

It was during the first period of the pandemic when my sister decided to put up this online business. She started off by selling preloved clothes to her friends until such time that she wanted to expand her business into other social media platforms like Shopee and Instagram, and sell other merchandises like kids’ toys, jewelry products, home decors, kitchen utensils, essential oils, and many more. I helped her manage her social media accounts and did mostly all template posts and brand layout. Sometimes, I respond to the customer’s queries and help them place their orders.

I created this page last 2018 that is solely intended for those who have interest in online gambling and sports betting. Aside from being a content creator, I have also been answering all the queries from the customers and providing them the best service I can offer. But due to some restrictions on Facebook about gambling, I rarely post nowadays because this page might be banned. On the other hand, this page is still active on assisting other people's inquiries about gambling.

Here is a sample content calendar I did before for our political organization. This helped me so much in every aspect because I got to see everything in a detailed overview.
