Serves as direct assistant to the HR Department Head and provides administrative support for the whole department, answer phone calls ,emails, schedules meetings and carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning.
Answering incoming calls from customers professionally, and resolving inquiries and complaints regarding products and services through the use of available resources and providing excellent customer service.
Provides general services to the CEO including organizing files, preparing documents for the meetings and trainings, managing office supply inventory and scheduling appointments.
