• Manage all accounting transactions of the project
• Prepare of Accounts Payable and Check by supplier, Check voucher, and BIR Form 2307
• Releasing of cheque to supplier
• Bank Reconciliation
• Submit Financial reports to Accounting head office
• Inventory Report
• Review and approve Petty cash replenishments and reimbursements
• Review and checked of payroll
• Review and checked of Sub-Contractors on their billings.
• Handling all accounting activities of 9 stores
• Update Sales Report Daily
• Responsible for checking and comparing the Sales Report Daily through validation slip of the bank or online banking 9 stores.
• Responsible for Bank Reconciliation
• Responsible in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable such as maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, treasury and conducting audit on petty cash, cash drawer, and inventory of stocks.
• Responsible for review and approved of petty cash replenishment of 9 store
• Responsible & Preparing for P&L Reports by the end of the month
• Responsible for issuing of cheque by suppliers
• Responsible for issuing of BIR Form 2307 of supplier
• Responsible for checking and approving of Payroll
• Assisting the accounting/admin manager as needed
• Perform accounting activities such as maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing and treasury.
• Petty Cash Custodian
• Preparing & review payroll for every 15th and 30th of the month
• Preparing and Issue check for suppliers.
• Perform other functions as management my direct
