, I've immediately got an email from Mrs Cecile Lagsa (Housekeeping Coordinator at the Kempinski) confirming that the rabbit had been found by one of their Room attendants and kept for us until it could be returned. After some exchanges with her and Mr Emanuele Vecchio (Chief Concierge), they have organized the safe return of Mr. Rabbit to the arms of his best friend, 7000km away. I confess that I felt guilty for taking their time with something as little as a toy, when they have a Hotel to manage, but this was the one toy that my little girl adores and materializes a lot of childhood memories. They were extremely kind and professional, and not for a second made me feel guilty for "wasting their time". 5* service from a 5* Housekeeping and Concierge staff; I send them my sincere gratitude and hope they get the recognition they deserve for doing such a good job!
We will certainly return :)
