● Provides support to the day to day operation of the team by preparing pre- construction and post- construction documents, managing charts and other visuals needed for presentations, and inputting data from the supplier to the central file.
● Responsible for maintaining records and files. This includes organizing and filing documents, creating databases, and ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
● Works closely and communicates directly with the client to provide regular updates about each project, setting internal deadlines for the team.
● Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team, managing work process and assigning work to other team members.
● Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, updating spreadsheets, editing/ uploading documents, checking documents for accuracy and completeness.
● Maintain a proper and user friendly filling for recording and tracking, prepare end of the day reports, and communicate results to the client and the team.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
