Hi my name is Cathlene Fernandez. I am 26 years old living in Quezon City, Philippines.
I am a Transaction Processing Associate in Business Process Outsourcing for 4 years, and this is a global operations supporting North America. I have handled different accounts including Social Media, Telecommunications and Electric Parent Company focusing in HR Service Labor and Policy. I also experience doing Marketing, Copywriting, Content Creation, Logo Creation, Product Research, Customer Service and Data Entry for product listing and simple accounting. With regards to the tools I use, I have a knowledge using Canva, Cupcut, Inshot, Microsoft office, Zoom, Google, Slack and so on.
I also attended trainings in Virtual Assistance with Pro VA. I also learned basic SEO, Amazon Virtual Assistance to learn other skills aside from being teacher and associate in corporate company. After I attended trainings, I am always enthusiastic to apply them by doing it on my own following the concepts and standards I learned from different trainings I attended.
