- Supervise the staff and branch operations.
- Reconcile daily and /or monthly reports, as assigned.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurately reconcile transactions.
- Reporting to Area-In charge in case of any issues regarding the branch process.
- Oversee AML compliance of the branch with respect to daily transactions.
- Report Suspicious Activity / Transactions to Compliance Department in case of any unusuality / behavior observed in the customer transaction’s pattern.
- Manage and handle cash / cheque transactions at the counter and ensure the delivery
of quality service to customers.
- Responds quickly and positively to customer's inquiries and complaints.
- Explains about all the products and services to the customer (FC, WPS and
Corporate/Entity Transactions)
- Processing fund transfers, bill payments, deposits and other financial instruments as required.
- Well knowledge of KYC process, procedures and AML & CFT as per CBUAE Standards.
- Investigate and resolve any cash discrepancies or out-of-balance situations promptly.
-Take orders from patrons for food and beverage.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks.
- Prepare tables for meals, including set up items such as linen, silverware and glassware.
- Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments and napkin containers.
- Set or clear tables in dining areas.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, security procedures, and internal policies to ensure the safety of customer information and the integrity of transactions.
