* Conduct all service and administrative functions of the Customer Service Helpdesk, i.e., e-mailing, photocopying, daily tracking /monitoring etc.
* Coordinate with other departments within the mall, such as mall operations, facilities management and security department.
* Receive incoming calls, answering customer queries.
* Update/maintain lists of tenant’s contacts.
* Ensure that all flyers and information materials placed on the desk are updated and available each day.
* Maintain a neat and organized counter.
* Handling mall gift vouchers.
* Updating lost and found, valet parking and bus shuttle report.
* Facilitate the customers in the event of Lost and Found function e.g., personal items, lost children etc. Ensure that all Lost and Found formalities are fully complied with the established customer service policies and procedures.
* Facilitate the Mall Marketing in smooth running of mall promotions and events and actively promote the promotional activities to the customers.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
