I am a licensed Social Worker in the Philippines with a diverse background in social services and operations management. Currently, I serve as a Branch Operations Specialist for an insurance company, overseeing all branch transactions, from processing new business applications to underwriting. I manage financial transactions, ensure accounting accuracy, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-care support for clients, alongside various administrative tasks.
Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a working student at a social welfare agency, conducting intake interviews and developing social case studies for clients in need of assistance. This foundational experience has equipped me with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, allowing me to effectively assess client needs and deliver tailored support. In addition to my primary career, I also work as an online ESL teacher, creating personalized lesson plans to enhance my students’ learning experiences. This role has honed my communication skills and adaptability, as I engage with diverse learners to achieve their language goals.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted fur mom to my bunnies and enjoy playing the piano. I’m currently learning the violin and exploring my creativity through painting. I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, and I look forward to connecting with others who share my passion for making a positive impact in our communities.
