• Draft, review, proofread and compute various information on legal documents and strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters.
• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording and assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives.
• Researching and compiling information that helps strengthen a case for the assigned Lawyer and readying materials for trial proceedings including documents, evidence, and verifying factual information
• Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management, including coordinating calendars and securing meeting spaces, plan travel arrangements for out-of-town conferences, keep calendars and remind all parties of upcoming events.
• Answer direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed, update and maintain database, mailing, inventory, and filing systems either by using computers or manually.
• Creates photoshoot concepts using clients' merchandising guidelines and requests.
• Handles customer calls in services and general inquiries.
• Acquires multiple product knowledge to enhance the ability to understand customers’ needs across different products.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
• Records all customer interactions in the system concisely and accurately.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
