Customer Service Representative
1. Answer incoming calls.
2. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
3. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
4. Provide product and services information to customers
5. Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable tool/software.
6. Process request and application.
7. Route calls to appropriate resources.
8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
9. Follow up customer calls when necessary.
10. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
11. Update customer information if needed.
