Interact with customers, give them the required information in
response to queries about accounts, products and services.
Answer the queries of customers relating to the services or
products of the organization and its method of operation.
Handle and solve the complaints of customers, special orders
placed by means of phone or mail.
Provide information regarding changes, charges in shipping and
services.
Prepare quotation in compliance to client or customer’s
requirements and provide secretarial assistance to Sales &
Technical Staff.
Answer phone calls with courteous manner. Dealing with incidents
as and when required.
Provide professional support to clients including secretarial
services.
Provide leadership to customer Service representatives.
Support the Director of Sales and Marketing and Events.
Act as a point of contact for all international calls. Maintain and
