I started as a Loan Processor in the lending industry, assisting clients and developing strong customer service skills, and honing my skills in problem-solving. Over time, I gained experience in branch operations, including administrative tasks, client management expertise, financial reports, generating revenue, preparing daily and monthly reports, and marketing services through various channels.
As I progressed, I took on leadership roles, starting as an Officer-in-Charge before becoming a fully pledged Branch Head. I successfully managed a struggling branch, improving operations and increasing performance. Later, I handled the company's largest branch in South Metro Manila, where I grew the client base, exceeded revenue targets, and earned multiple awards.
My journey has strengthened my expertise in business operations, leadership, and problem-solving, allowing me to contribute to business growth and success.
I determined that my business role is to introduce our products to the market and manage relationships with dealers. I was responsible for daily collections, filing the invoices, handling doubtful accounts, checking dealer inventory, and processing order bookings. Additionally, I managed financial tasks, including bank transactions through depositing collected funds and check encashment to support business operations.
During my college internship, I trained at the largest cooperative in our province, where I gained experience in administrative tasks. I updated invoices in the system and assisted customers with transactions like opening Savings, Time, and Fixed Deposits accounts. I also learned about loan procedures and provided administrative support. I received high grades for my performance during my work integrated learning.
