Hi Partner For the past 4 years, Before joining Pro VA trainee I have gained valuable experience as a senior receptionist and trainee supervisor receptionist in two countries - Shanghai and Bahrain. In these roles, I developed strong leadership and project management skills. As a senior receptionist, I coordinated plans and workflows, while also providing exceptional customer service. As a trainee supervisor, I helped mentor and guide new staff, further strengthening my professionalism. These experiences have made me a well-rounded team player.
