Accurately input and organize data related to plants, gardening tips, business operations, and customer information into Notion, ensuring the information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to promote our gardening products and services. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Investigate and compile detailed information about different plants, including growth conditions, soil requirements, watering needs, and common pests or diseases.
Research common plant diseases and recommend appropriate chemical treatments. Provide detailed reports on findings and suggestions for best practices in plant care.
Assist in creating content for our blog, social media, and newsletters by providing research and writing support on gardening topics.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including gardeners tasks scheduling using ServiceM8, and maintaining digital records.
Travel to client locations to collect cash deposits and other negotiable instruments.
Verify and document the amounts collected from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
Safeguard collected funds and transport them securely back to the bank.
Maintain detailed records of all pick-up transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
