• Managing leads and social media
• Upload house listing in Paragon and Matrix
• Update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
• Managing email correspondence and calendar appointments and ensuring all administrative activities are executed efficiently.
• Checking if there’s Shipping Order from JDE-ERP System
• Making Commercial Invoice and Packing List of confirmed shipping order
• Communicating to Forwarders to secure ATW, Trucking booking, Broker to process the documents, and shipping line to pre-advice booking.
• Preparing billing from Forwarders, Trucking and Broker then send to Finance
• Receives invoice from all service providers and make payment request
• Getting signatures of Facility Manager, Associate Manager and Finance Manager for payment request review
• Sends the payment request to all Board Members for approval, once approve then send it for payment preparation
• Assist and accepts payment of unit owners for their service charges then enter it thru Condo Manager then print receipts
