Managing administrative tasks related to both Human Resources (HR) and Payroll functions for waste management company.

• experience in HR and payroll administration.

Responsible for all documents in construction site for pavement and bridge project. Daily scan and upload paper documents and organize them on a secure server. Ensure access specific files when requested by different departments as well as control the flow of documents in and out of the department. Assist Project Manager for his daily schedule and documents requirement from time to time.
Direct reporting to General Manager by providing support for overseeing our departments in Sales, Marketing, HR and Payroll, Finance, stores and manning operations. Directly involved in Tender review team and approval from client ; execution of approved contract till products delivered to clients depot.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
