Hi! I'm Carlo Magno Pacarat, an Electronics and Communications Engineer with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve worked across diverse fields, from telecommunications to biomedical engineering, where I troubleshoot, maintain, and improve systems that impact people’s lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed projects like large-scale fiber optic installations and have been a go-to resource for technical support, particularly with in-vitro diagnostic equipment. I enjoy diving into details, whether it’s using advanced diagnostic tools like OTDRs or helping clients understand and optimize their systems. Recently, I've also been assisting companies with payroll systems like PayCat, handling everything from setup and data migration to training clients on day-to-day operations.

Whether I’m working onsite or remotely, I strive to create efficient, reliable solutions and to keep learning and growing. Outside of work, I'm all about family time, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying a good beach walk.
