•Documenting and maintaining all records of loads daily, as well as rework done
• All post fixture planning and operations of all aspects of the voyage ranging from understanding the Shipping & Logistic contract / charter party and executing with minimum supervision
• Taking information from Procurement team and agreeing shipment dates, producing, and checking shipment reports
• Consolidating company's payments, expenditures, Crew Payroll, Deduction and Cash Statements to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Generating report through Excel and Google Sheet
• Monitor closer Delivery performance in Customer Portals to assure meeting Delivery performance goals of the company. Provide Monthly updates to the organization.
• Preparation and follow up on payments and procured/budget reporting through to the finalization

* Performing transcription of Shipping operation Statement of facts in a timely and correct manner.
