Hello! I’m Carla Tuazon and I am a General Virtual Assistant and also a Bookkeeper.
I’m 24 years old, single who loves KPOP. I also have a small business that offers Korean Merch and Korean Lending address, its been a year since I started importing Korean items here in the Philippines. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Financial Management.
As a Virtual Assitant and at the same time Bookkeeper, I can monitor your financial status as well as maintain and update all confidential information you have in your business. As I worked in a corporate world, I gained knowledge about the following areas:

-Performed accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the company.
-Created financial reports and journal entries to ensure accurate records.
-Performed process analysis and communicated recommendations to management.
- I am the admin of the page and also responsible for posting new products.
- Performing research on current Group trends and buyer’s preference.
- Interacting with customers and answering their queries.
-Processed vehicle sales invoice and made sure that all client's information were accurate. Prepared documents for bank booking.
-Maintain and update sales record and financial receivables.
-Communicate with Banks in processing the Autoloans.
-Performed ordering of vehicles to Ford Website. -Maintain and ensure that all vehicles are declared on time.
-Liaise with the Logistic establishment to ensure timely deliveries of Dealer Docs to its respective Bank.
- Oversee entire CRM and Client development relationship
- Gatekeeper for client relations, emails, calls, etc. and any needed information to process tax and bookkeeping services
- Promptly respond/correspond with clients and Supervisor on appointments, schedule changes, and meetings
- Communicate with data entry team promptly and affectively on client statuses and move statuses through CRM.

- Reconcile bookkeeping expenses for clients (1 – 65 client accounts) monthly.
- Email correspondence for any miscellaneous documents or information needed to be sent to a third party source.
