•Handle phone calls and responds to emails.
•Update laboratory paper works.
•Ensure accurate encoding of laboratory results and data entry.
•Review hospital's policy and guideline.
•Provide assistance to physicians.
•Respond to emails, written inquiries and handle telephone calls from patients, doctors, suppliers, and agents professionally and promptly. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
