I've crafted a life that combines my responsibilities as a working student, a scholar, and a breadwinner while also venturing into the world of freelance work. Allow me to share my unique story.
During the pandemic, I was a working student for about a year. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics at Ateneo de Davao University while holding a position at VXI Holdings as a customer service representative for a Health account. This dual role has taught me the art of balancing academic pursuits with real-world responsibilities and helped me discover the power of effective time management and unwavering determination. Through it all, I've honed my organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
My experience in healthcare has equipped me with a unique set of skills and insights that will translate effectively into this new role. My skills include attention to detail, adherence to protocols, problem-solving, confidentiality, and a customer-centric mindset. I have successfully documented patient information, insurance details, and medical histories, ensuring accurate data entry.
In addition, I also join a training for General Virtual Assistant in PRO VA with coach Dham. I learned a lot on the workshop which enhance more my knowledge and skills and I can say that I am capable of any virtual assistant position.

As a remote customer service representative, my role is to provide timely, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other retail services via phone and chat. I assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or replacements. Helping customers manage their Amazon accounts, including password resets, updating payment methods, and managing subscriptions such as Amazon Prime. Ensuring all interactions follow Amazon’s customer service guidelines and policies, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in every communication.
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, my mission is to make a meaningful impact on patients healthcare experiences by serving as a compassionate bridge between patients and facilities. I provide empathetic
support, maintain accurate patient records, manage medical schedules, and help patients understand insurance coverage. My strong communication skills and attention to detail create trust and comfort for patients. My goal is to contribute to overall patient satisfaction and efficient healthcare facility operations, upholding high standards of patient care and fostering positive relationships.
